DO I GET MY PROTEIN? WHERE WILL I GET MY PROTEIN?
All our juices have great source of protein. Greens have amazing amount of protein.

IS THERE A LOT OF SUGAR IN THE JUICE CLEANSE JUICES?
There are good amounts of natural sugars found in juice. They help you feel energized and refreshed after each juice. We have chosen fruits and vegetable that have less natural sugar in them but for diabetes we recommend you check with your doctor.

I AM ON MEDICATION SHOULD I CLEANSE?
If you’re on short-term medications, it would be best to wait until you are done with your medication before doing a cleanse. We suggest that you consult with your doctor if you’re treated for chronic illness.

WHAT IF I HAVE FOOD ALLERGY?
Let us know if you’re allergic to any of our ingredients, we will replace it.
CROSS-CONTAMINATION COULD OCCUR DURING OUR PREPARATION PROCESS, IF YOU’RE SERIOUSLY ALLERGIC TO NUTS, PLEASE AVOID OUR CLEANSES.
Please check the list of people who shouldn’t do the detox. Our cleanse program is intended to promote healing and recovery. If you have any doubts, consult your doctor first as we're not licensed to give medical advices.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO A CLEANSE?
It’s really up to you, your body tells you what you want. Also depends on what you are trying to achieve through cleansing. Some people will do a cleanse every six months, some do it every season and some even do it once a month. We recommend you cleanse seasonally, or after a period of excess or unusual stress.

HOW LONG DOES THE JUICE LAST?
Unpasteurized cold pressed juice will preserve the nutrient content for up to 3 days. Please put the juices into the refrigerator immediately after delivery, it should be kept chilled at all times.

WILL I EXPERIENCE DIARRHEA?
Most people experience a higher rate of bowel movements during the day but it is tolerable. In fact, some people are relieved to get some movement - this is exactly what you want to get the toxins out.

WILL I LOSE WEIGHT? HOW MUCH WILL I LOSE? WILL I REGAIN THE WEIGHT AFTER MY CLEANSE?
Remember this is a cleanse to let your digestive system rest and get rid of body toxins so if you lose weight, that’s a bonus. Much of the weight you lose may be excessive water from the body.
BE-JUICED will give you a jumpstart into a healthier eating habit. But we won’t be surprised to know that you regained the weight if you go back to your old eating habits.

WHAT ARE DETOX SYMPTOMS I MIGHT EXPECT?
Every body is different, detoxing can result in different symptoms and depending how toxic you are. These symptoms are caused by the release of body toxins. For the first few days you may experience HEADACHES, NAUSEA, DIZZINESS, FATIGUES, CONSTIPATION, DRY MOUTH, AND ACHY MUSCLES. However this will pass quickly. After a phase, you may find yourself full of energy. With proper hydration and rest you can reduce them.

WILL I HAVE ENERGY TO GO TO WORK?
You may experience some highs and lows but in general you should have higher energy levels after day 3 of our cleanse.

DOES IT MATTER WHAT ORDER I DRINK THE JUICES?
We have thoughtfully planned out which drinks you should start out first from the morning for your body to absorb the vitamins and nutrients in a smooth interval and we highly recommend you drink them in their numbered order “1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6”. Don’t feel constrained though; you may shift the drinks around if you feel like it.

CAN I EAT DURING THE CLEANSE?
If you find an urge to eat, take a look at our “cheat sheet”.

CAN I SMOKE, DRINK ALCOHOL AND COFFEE DURING THE CLEANSE?
We don’t recommend any of the above, the results just won't be as good if you do. You can replace green tea with coffee because it won't affect the cleanse and includes a certain amount of caffeine and some good levels of antioxidants.

WHY IS MY STOOL BLOODY?
Maybe it’s beet juice.

CAN I CHEW GUM?
We do not recommend it, but if u have to then chew on a piece of sugarless gum. However gum causes unnecessary gas and bloating.

CAN I EXERCISE?
Depends on your body. Light to moderate exercise helps to move the lymph system and eliminate the toxins out of the body. Gentle yoga and walking are the best forms of exercise while on our cleanse, but they are not mandatory.
