Wednesday start (Tuesday delivery) – orders close 12 noon Monday

We do however encourage you to place your orders at least a week in advance in order to follow our preparation guide, but also to avoid disappointment as certain popular dates do book out early. We order our produce and plan our production in advance and therefore cannot accept orders or changes to orders after the cut-off time.

If you do unexpectedly need to postpone your order you must notify us 5 working days before your scheduled start date. We will offer a postponement credit valid for 6 months, however we do not offer credits less than 5 working days before your scheduled start date. Cancellations: Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds.
